Registration
Attendance for this conference is offered at no cost, but space is limited. Please fill out the registration form and submit a brief biography. Acceptance to attend the conference is based on the selection criteria below. Applicants may be placed on a waiting list and notified of acceptance if space becomes available. Applications received after the closing date will only be considered if space is available. Please submit a cancellation if you cannot attend or present. You will receive your confirmation number for your submission via email.

All participants must submit an application via the conference website or fax. Attendance is limited to 75 participants and representation from all countries in Latin America is desirable. The conference may be oversubscribed and applicants may be placed on a waiting list. Applicants are admitted to the conference by the conference committee based on the information provided on the application. The conference committee will review and select participants to assemble a technologically excellent and diverse group. Selection criteria for attendance will be based on parameters including country of residence, discipline and accomplishments. The conference committee will strive to provide a satisfactory mix of laboratory scientists from government, private industry, academic sectors, administrators, and policy makers. Each participant that is accepted will receive and must maintain his/her confirmation number. This number is required to receive conference materials and attend the conference.
Sandia National Laboratories will not assume responsibility for medical expenses of participants and their guests at the conferences. All participants are urged to ensure that they and their guests are covered by their own travel and health insurance policies while traveling to and from and while attending the conference. Sandia National Laboratories is not responsible for private possessions lost or stolen at the conference.
Abstract Submission
To submit an abstract for a poster presentation, please fill out the registration form, and provide an abstract for review. Please note topic areas may be deleted or combined as submissions are reviewed. Poster dimensions may be a maximum of 120cm high x 90 cm wide.
